In order to complete the transfer of property, the seller is required to collect the necessary documents and present them to the notary at his own risk. If he does not possess any of the documents, he could refer to competent public services or professionals.

THE SELLER SHOULD SUBMIT:

  1. THE DEED & THE DEED REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE
  2. BUILDING PERMIT or LEGALISATION LAW 4495/17 DOCUMENT ACCOMPANIED WITH ALL DRAWINGS
  3. PHOTOCOPY OF ID CARD / PASSPORT

ENGINEER’S REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

  1. TOPOGRAPHIC PLAN BASED ON E.G.S.A. ’87
  2. ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATE
  3. PROPERTY’S ELECTRONIC ID

LAWYER’S REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

  1. TAP CERTIFICATE
  2. CITY PLAN REGISTRATION CECRTIFICATE
  3. CITY PLAN FEES STATEMENT
  4. PROPERTY TAX CERTIFICATE ( ENFIA)
  5. CERTIFICATE ARTICLE.105 LAW. 2961/2001
  6. CERTIFICATE OF TAX CLEARANCE
  7. CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE CLEARANCE
  8. FOR LANDS, AGRICULTURAL WATER BILL STATEMENT OF NO OUTSTANDING DEBTS
